About Us The Sports Emporium is commited to providing high quality goods and a quality level of customer service. We have been trading since 2001 and have made steady growth. The Sports Emporium take great care in product selection and only carry products that are of the best quality and competitively priced. We say 'QUALITY DOESN'T HAVE TO COME AT A PRICE' and we mean it. If we can't source a product line at the right price we won't stock it. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all common debit and credit card payments.

We accept Switch/Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone or securely over the Internet.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. We may supply a suitable alternative which may have a colour variation or design variation, but will have the same function.
Shipping And Handling We have a tiered pricing policy for postage which automatically generates the correct costings for the value of the goods purchased. This means a person buying some socks, for instance, isn't subsidising a person buying a set of skis!
Postage costs are automatically calculated when you go through checkout and you will be aware of exactly what you are paying for postage. We do aim to keep to all our promised delivery times, however we do need to rely on a third party to make delivery, as such we accept no responsibility to deliveries made later than guaranteed.
We ensure your new purchases are packaged carefully and well. Every item is checked prior to despatch.
Delivery Schedule Your order will always be handled within 24 hours.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days. Should there be any problem we will contact you as soon as possible and rectify any eventuality as soon as possible. We will send to the address you have given us as the delivery address. We may opt to send only to the invoice address.
Please note if you would like us to set ski bindings up for you we will need some details from you by email. If you don't contact us we will proceed without setting the BINDINGS up. When we do fit bindings for you we don't charge for the service. (We don't fit to any bindings that need to be drilled out.) ***PLEASE NOTE IT IS ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO ENSURE THE BINDINGS ARE SET PROPERLY WITH THE DIN ADJUSTED TO THE CORRECT LEVEL***
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included in the price. We do not currently post outwith the EU.

Credit Card Security We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques and postal orders. We also accept online payment by way of Pay Pal, (www.paypal.co.uk). Please note Pay Pal is now also a partner of Sage Pay, ensuring full PCI DSS compliance.

Return it to us UNUSED within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to give you the option of replacing the item for you or refunding you in full, excluding the postage costs.
When you return the item to us, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the manufacturers' tags are still attached. You will need to cover your own costs for returning the item and it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. If you require a replacement item please email us with your details and your wishes.
